One of my Q1 Projects is deploying a Barracuda Message Archiver. Had some difficulty as it did not want to talk nicely to my Exchange server. Opened a case with support on Friday and worked with them Monday and Yesterday as well. Escalated support came through and it was resolved overnight and working this morning.
Throughout the process I received regular communication, expectations were managed, and escalation happened when it was needed. My unbroken streak of positive support experiences with Barracuda continues.
So shout out to Jeremiah and Griffin for a job well done.
