We use Barracuda Client Access for our VPN. We had a user who can't connect. I initially thought something was just misconfigured on his tablet, so I had him bring it in. Configuration was right, but he couldn't connect. The error we get is "Could not connect to...Handshake Request Timeout" I configured another entry(thinking something had somehow become corrupted. Same error. I tried logging in as myself, and it worked. I installed the client on a loaner laptop and got the same results - I can login with my account, but not his. He said it worked fine until last Saturday. Of course, he didn't change anything. What would block ONE specific user from being able to connect? Thanks!
