We're exchanging encrypted emails with a partner, and suddenly they're starting to get an odd error inside the Barracuda Message Center when they try to access their encrypted message we've sent them inside the portal.
Of course they click on the message and it opens like this:
Any thoughts or insights on why they get this "not logged in" error?
I've had them try access the site from the Incognito/InPrivate browsing windows, but we get the same results. I've also had them reset their password from the login page, and that didn't change the behavior either.
Other users seem to be working fine, but we have a couple of outside partners who have started to have this issue recently.
