I was hoping to gain some clarity in light of a recent disrespectful email that a higher-up sent me, on a Saturday at 6PM no less (I work in the education sector so Mon-Fri is our work week.)
The user had this to share: "Something has to give with email. In the 20 years I have been with the ' ' and overseeing technology, I have never had (and many others) such issues with email delivery, sending, receiving, blocking, email going to junk, spam, etc. We have missed many critical emails from ' ', etc. (and what else, I don’t know) I find it difficult to believe that Rackspace is 100% responsible..... otherwise they’d be out of business. If issues are not resolved in a reasonable time, the Barracuda filter will be removed as I firmly believe this is the main cause of all these continued issues."
