I'm a Barracuda reseller - and have about a dozen clients using Barracuda email security service. I've purchased directly through Barracuda as a reseller. I'm noticing that the subscriptions renew automatically whether I want them to or not, to my own credit card.
I asked Barracuda to stop the auto-renew, but they won't. Moreover, to cancel a subscription, I need to fill out a paper form, scan it, then email it.
I belong to a number of other reseller programs, and none make me personally responsible for auto renewal charges, nor do any require filling out a paper form to cancel service. (Of course Barracuda sales will accept a verbal order for new service or upgrades, but not cancellations). Is anyone else a Barracuda reseller - do you have the same experience?
Are there other reseller channels that are easier to work with, or perhaps...
