I am currently on a trial of the Barracuda Email Security Service but i have an issue with it which one of the Barracuda's engineers have told me they cannot do anything about.. but i'm not convinced everyone is tolerating this...
So when we receive a mail it can either be delivered, quarantined or blocked. When its delivered then there is no problem. When it is blocked then it sends a bounce back NDR message to the sender which again i have no issue with. But when an email is quarantined it also sends a message to the sender which does state that its been quarantined... but it also says 'permanent failure' which is confusing to the sender especially if they aren't that confident in IT.
So does everyone have this? Our customers are getting frustrated calling us up every 5 minutes saying they can't email us and its bouncing back. Any...
