We recently took a power hit that brought down our entire data center. We got everything up, but email so obviously everyone is freaking out right now. Our sys admin keeps saying its some kind of network issue that the load balancer can't communicate with our two CAS servers, but all the ping tests prove thats not true.
I noticed that both of the CAS have the same IP on one of their NICs. My coworker tells me they're both suppose to have this in order to communicate with the load balancer, but every time we set it we get an IP conflict as well as a message saying the two NIC's aren't using the same default gateway even though they are.
I've manually reset tcp/ip on both servers following these instructions https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/299357In hopes that would get rid of atleast the message, but it didn't change anything. Any...
