Pretty frustrating issues we have. I would be curious if anyone has a workaround!
Ok, please try and follow me here. We have a client that we are providing white-label fax to email services for and we are also providing hosted exchange for them. Two separate providers for each service. The fax to email provider sends the faxes to any email address. They issue we are having is that the hosted exchange provider we are using we just moved this client to, and they have a very tight BATV (Bounce address tag validation) check set up and this is refusing the email from our fax to email provider. Normally we would just whitelist the emails, but they will have no parts of this. We have tried every way we can...they absolutely will not do it, period.
