Is it just me or does the "Live Chat" feature on the Barracuda networks website seem completely useless?
If you start a live chat session describing your issue the person asks for a phone number so they can call you back and put you in the hold queue. Usually, if I want to or have the time to call in and wait on hold for a technician then I'll call in. But why would a company have a live chat option with the only purpose of it to be to have the person you're chatting with call you back and put you on hold to wait for a technician?
Am I missing something?
